District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II said, “This case sends a clear message that if you commit heinous crimes against children, you will be held fully accountable for your actions. Children are our most precious resource, and we must do everything we can to protect them. No child should ever be victimized by an adult they trust. We will continue to support the courageous victims as this is another step in the healing process. I commend the investigation by the Haverstraw Police Department, with the assistance of the City of Atlanta Police Department and the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Special Victims Unit.”
